Saqib Ali is an Assistant at Atasoy Law Firm and a Juris Doctor Candidate at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law, with an expected graduation in 2025. Saqib has gained substantial legal experience through internships and past legal work experience, where he has developed a strong foundation in various areas of law, including litigation, bankruptcy, and insolvency. His responsibilities have included drafting and preparing court applications, affidavits, and statements of claim under both simplified and ordinary procedures. Saqib has also been deeply involved in legal research, drafting client correspondence, and preparing presentations for senior legal professionals.

 

In addition to his legal experience, Saqib brings a robust background in finance, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business with a specialization in Finance. His work as a financial analyst prior to entering law school equipped him with critical skills in budget management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. This unique combination of legal and financial expertise enables Saqib to approach complex legal issues with a comprehensive and analytical mindset.
