Course Overview 

 

This online course is designed to build participants’ understanding of the legal framework that governs business operations in Canada. Each week, we will dive into essential areas of business law, supported by key case studies that provide practical insights into how these laws are applied.

• Second- and third-year law students, as well as internationally trained lawyers and NCA candidates based in Canada, are encouraged to apply.
